In the second half, Max interviews Dr. Clive Peedell, co-leader of the National Health Action Party, who claims that David Cameron has indeed begun privatizing the National Health Service if you were to use the definition by the World Health Organization. They discuss the impossibility of ever having a market in healthcare where there is always going to be an asymmetry of information between doctor and patient (or, ‘customer,’ in the case of privatization).
