World Bank evictions, kidnapping chicanery & pitchforks for the plutocrats (E016)

In Watching the Hawks, Tyrel Ventura, Tabetha Wallace and Sean Stone discuss a new report from the Huffington Post and International Consortium of Investigative Journalists findings that World Bank projects have displaced 3.4 million people worldwide. Tyrel, Tabetha and Sean also talk about new revelations that the kidnapping of NBC journalist, Richard Engel in Syria in 2012, may not have been what it seemed. Tyrel and Tabetha then speak with entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Nick Hanauer, about his scathing criticism of global inequality and what he sees as the solutions to this economic problem. The WTH crew go on to talk about a Gwyneth Paltrow’s advice for food stamp recipients.
