Four arrested in anti-terror operation

Officials say an entire terrorist cell has been neutralized in central Russia, in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Special Forces stormed into the suspects’ house, taking terrorists by surprise without firing a shot.Four people were found with ingredients for a powerful home-made bomb, and a plan to attack crowded public places.Officials say the men took direct orders from Doku Umarov himself.
