Loose truce?

A tenuous ceasefire came into force in Ukraine on Friday evening, and since then, both sides have accused each other of violating it. While direct talks between the Russian and Ukrainian leaders have been welcomed as a positive development, the EU and NATO press on with sanctions and military aid deliveries. Can the precarious lull in the fighting be transformed into a lasting peace? To discuss these issues, Oksana is joined by Roman Popadiuk, a former US Ambassador to Ukraine.
