Threat or fret? Ft. Munich Security Conference Chairman Wolfgang Ischinger

The tentative ceasefire in Ukraine appears to be broadly holding, despite recent upsurges in fighting. While political leaders work toward a diplomatic settlement, the need for stability has never been greater. What lies at the core of the distrust between Russia and the West, and can these challenges be surmounted to bring peace to Ukraine and prevent further conflicts?
