Common insecurity? Ft. Hans-Friedrich von Ploetz, German Ambassador to Russia (2002-2005)

Germany and Russia share a history which deeply divides, but also unites the two. Oksana is joined by Hans-Friedrich von Ploetz, the former German Ambassador to Russia and the former German Representative at the NATO Council, to explore these issues.
