5 shot, 1 killed near shopping center in Baltimore
A shooting near a convenience store in Baltimore, Maryland involving five people has left one dead and four others injured, according to law enforcement.
Few details about the incident have been released so far. On Twitter, police only confirmed that a shooting took place on the 5400 block of Reisterstown Road and added that officers "are responding."
According to WJZ, the shooting took place near a 7-11 store.
Police told reporters that an officer was coming into the local shopping center during a routine check when “he came upon a victim who was lying on the ground.”

One victim, an adult male, is deceased, according to law enforcement.
Upon further investigation, the officer found more victims lying on the ground, police said. Of the four other victims, one is an adult female currently in stable condition. The other three are adult males, also in stable condition.
The injuries range from graze wounds to other, more serious injuries.
The suspect is still on the loose and the scene is currently under investigation.
