Tonight we'll speak to a representative from the ACLU, which just filed a lawsuit against the government for the targeted killings of three US citizens abroad. Then, a suicide bomber has killed high level Syrian officials…but is the west reluctant to call it an act of terrorism? And how much is the US already participating in the conflict? Then, everyone, including Federal Reserve chief Ben Bernanke, is fear mongering over the fiscal cliff. We'll go through all the details of what could actually happen in January with Dean Baker. We'll have all that and more for you tonight, including a dose of Happy Hour.

MITT ROMNEY = INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL RACKETEER: This is the reason why Mitt Romney will not make public his tax returns. He would face more than an inquiry for TAX Fraud from the IRS but face liability for defrauding foreign treasuries and thus also possibly become liable under America's Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). You do not think that the government of Italy would not like to have Mitt Romney behind bars? Think again.

Dean Baker must be living in cloud cuckoo land and sadly, Alyona let him get away with it.  "we don't have any inflation" Here's some inflation for Baker to ignore: Insurance costs....municipal fees and taxes on all utilities....food and grocery prices....bank fees....medical expenses....property taxes. These are not minor expenses, they are slaps in the face to every retiree that Bernanke has raped with his zero interest rate policy. No inflation??? Baker needs to pull his head out of the sand.
