Philip Altbach – Director of the Center for International Higher Education at Boston College
Today my guest is Philip Altbach. Russia has been trying to improve the image of its higher education system in the world. Particularly, it started to question the efficiency of the most used university ranking systems, finding some of them rather subjective. Are these claims justified and why not invent the rating that would suit all? We’re asking the director of the Center for International Higher Education Philip Altbach.
